hendrikhe
Hello, I am executing 2 scritps: GUI.exe and dnsflush.exe' The GUI program runs dnsflush.exe with the command: ShellExecuteWait(@ScriptDir & '\dnsflush.exe') dnsflush.exe has #RequireAdmin For some reason the window requiring the admin account and Password appears, but in some Computers it doesn´t. How can I force this script to ask for admin account and Password(UAC) on every computer? Note: users are not admin dnsflush.exe #RequireAdmin #Region ;**** Directives created by AutoIt3Wrapper_GUI **** #AutoIt3Wrapper_Outfile=dnsflush.exe #EndRegion ;**** Directives created by AutoIt3Wrapper_GUI **** #include <AutoItConstants.au3> #include <MsgBoxConstants.au3> MsgBox(0, "Output", "test")
Developers Jos Posted May 5, 2017 Developers Share Posted May 5, 2017 Well it will when the users aren't Administrator and the UAC is enabled. What is different on those pc's where you don't get the prompt? I hope not or else that would invalidate GPO's, but have no idea what the difference is yet . You will have to sort out the exact difference for those users and maybe something can be done.
