I need a script to get latitude and longitude from an intersection name

For example, my intersection is Cross Avenue @ Sacramento Street, in the City of Tulare, CA.

I need a tool that gives me a GPS location for like 1500 intersections.

Ideally the tool would need to recognize words like "west of" and "north of", these descriptors would add say 500 or so feet to the original GPS coordinate of the intersection identified.  

Please someone help

I could pay someone to develop something, not much though, I know Scite and Auto-it so I could eventually improve it and maintain it etc. I just don't like building something from scratch.  Attached is a sample of one of the list of intersections, some are in other similar formats.

@piggynuts this forum is dedicated to helping people improve their own scripts; it is not a place where you put in an order and someone barfs up code for you.

You might have better luck posting something here if you're not willing to put in any work.
