NetRock
Hi ... I am looking for a way to interact with GUI to automate setting up few options. Mostly, I want to know if it is possible to start program ex; MyProg.exe and making sure there is no other instances of MyProg.exe is running (if it does close it). Then in the GUI look for a specific string like "Computer name" highlight it, next look for select radial option ex; setDOM1 and from the drop down menu in the GUI select specific option out of many options. I need to repeat this on many systems. How can I use AUTOIT to do this task. Thank you for your help.
water
Please have a look at functions ProcessList and the Control* functions. To get the ID of the Controls use the AutoIt Window Info Tool.
