Tyranna
I coded a second GUICreate to make a toolbar of sorts. I want to use GuiRegisterMsg to capture the $LBUTTTON_DOWN for this toolbar. I got messages to trigger the new function if i click in the first or Parent GUI, but when i click on the second window or toolbar, It does not even call the function pointed to by GuiRegisterMsg. How do I get GuiRegisterMsg to point to the second window?
Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted June 23, 2017 Moderators Share Posted June 23, 2017 The Wiki has great information on this very subject: https://www.autoitscript.com/wiki/Managing_Multiple_GUIs "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind. Tyranna
Ok, I read that page, Thank you for the reply, But, this does not cover pointing GuiRegisterMessage to a child window. I need to trap the event before it happens, not after it happens. If you find anything on that, I would appreciate it.
