How to know what time before 07:15 is ?

Hi everybody, maybe this is a stupid question, but... I need help.

I'm looking for a code use to know what time before 07:15 is ? 

 

Ex : Before 07:15 2 minutes is 07:13  .....  

But how to code it :  Before "07:15" 2 minutes

 

Could you send me anycode, or some guide please.

I have this code : 

$Time = "2017/07/06 17:55"
$Time1 = "2017/07/06 17:54"

Local $xTime = _DateDiff('s',$Time,$Time1)

MsgBox($MB_SYSTEMMODAL, "", "xTime is :  " & $xTime)

=====

This code let me know Between 17:55 and 17:54 is -60

_DateAdd will do that for you.
