Trying to create autoit script for WMC, but code seems to be oudated

Hi everyone,

 

I recently came across this guide on how to use AutoIt to create custom shortcuts within Windows Media Center. I tried following the code exactly, but it doesn't want to compile with the latest version of AutoIt. I know there is an app (Relaunch) that has been made to automatically generate the AutoIt files, but it seems to work half of the time and the source code is quite messy. 

 

How would I go about making a script that does what I want? The app, Relaunch, also provides a way for AutoIt to listen for when the Green Media button is pressed so that it closes out the launched app and returns to Windows Media Center. How would I achieve that?
