antmar904
Hi All, I am trying to upgrade Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but some of the installs are failing because "AcroRd32.dll" is in use. My script is already checking if "AcroRd32.exe" is running but some computers are failing because "AcroRd32.dll" is in use. How can I go about to see if that dll is loaded. Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted August 16, 2017 Moderators Share Posted August 16, 2017 What do you see if you do a tasklist /m AcroRd32.dll at the command line? This should show you the offending process locking the dll "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind. antmar904
@JLogan3o13 Nothing is returning now on my test machine but I can definitely use that to search for the process that has the dll loaded and then kill that process! Thanks a million. Ill post the full code once it's tested. Edited August 16, 2017 by antmar904
