I am not an Excel expert so take my advice as a pinch of salt. Excel open is for opening the Excel application, and Excel book open is for opening a spreadsheet inside Excel... or atleast that is how I think it works

Hi thanhmy, welcome to the forum.

Post the code you have tried so far, so we have a starting point and some grasp of where you have probably gone wrong.

Perfect description by TheDcoder.
To work with Excel you should first learn the basics of Excel (this step is independant of AutoIt). As a second step I suggest to have a look at the Excel UDF that comes with AutoIt. The help file and the wiki are your friends.
