Avoid Script Pause

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Using AutoIt, I have created one utility and generated an exe.

I simply launch the exe and it starts working fine but sometimes i have noticed that script goes into pause state.

I am not sure why this exe is running into pause state.

So first I want to  know what could be the reason which take script into pause state and second is there anyway i can avoid this behavior and let the exe run continuously.

please let me know your thoughts and thank you in advance.

The problem is on line #3546.

Seriously though, how do you expect us to suggest an answer without sight of the code (see here how to post it).

That's almost 400 lines of code, without any hint of when/where it is "pausing".  I suggest that you put several _FileWriteLog() lines (each with a different message) all throughout the program.  Then, the next time it "pauses", look at your logfile and see what the last line was that ran was.  Then, based on that, you can narrow down the issue.
