Hi,

Tab AAAAA have GUICtrlCreateInput.
When I open some file, the path appears in box, but that same box stay visible when I change tab to BBBBB.
Why?

#NoTrayIcon
#include <GuiConstants.au3>
#include <File.au3>
#include <WindowsConstants.au3>

; GUI
GuiCreate("v2", 340, 300)
GUISetOnEvent(-3,"close")

; TAB
GuiCtrlCreateTab(5, 5, 330, 250)
GuiCtrlCreateTabItem("AAAAA")
#Region ; Tab 1 Items ;
$button_1 = GUICtrlCreateButton ("...", 275, 90, 20, 20)
GUIStartGroup()
GUICtrlCreateLabel ("File",  40, 90)
$dump = GUICtrlCreateInput ("", 150, 90, 120, 20)
$PATH = ""
#EndRegion ; Tab 1 Items;
GuiCtrlCreateTabItem("BBBBB")
#Region ; Tab 2 Items ;

#EndRegion ; Tab 2 Items;

GuiSetState()

While 1
    $msg = GUIGetMsg()

    Select
        Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            ExitLoop

        Case $msg = $button_1
            $message = "File.."
            $PATH = FileOpenDialog($message, @WorkingDir & "\", "(*.txt)", 1 + 4 )
            If @error Then
                MsgBox(16, "", "No file")
            EndIf
            GUICtrlDelete($dump)
            $dump= GUICtrlCreateInput($PATH, 150, 90, 120, 20)

        EndSelect

WEnd

Func close ()
    Exit
EndFunc

GUIDelete()
Exit

So why do you delete the Input control and create a new one? This new one is not member of the AAAAA Tab.

GUICtrlDelete($dump)
 $dump= GUICtrlCreateInput($PATH, 150, 90, 120, 20)

Why not use the original input control?

;GUICtrlDelete($dump)
;$dump= GUICtrlCreateInput($PATH, 150, 90, 120, 20)
GUICtrlSetData($dump,$PATH)

You also don't close the tab item structure by using GUICtrlCreateTabItem(""). This is explained in the help file for GUICtrlCreateTabItem.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
