Hi there, just getting started with AutoIt, downloaded the autoit-v3.zip and this morning I've noticed that AVG is reporting "Trojan horse Dropper.Agent ABR" in the zip and the file AutoItSC.bin :P

Assuming this is spurious, but how do I correct ?

Cheers,

Steve C.

Thanks for the welcome :P

Weird, on my work laptop, downloaded fresh copies of current AutoIt v3, both exe and zip, run the work scanner, Trend OfficeScan, and it reports no viruses in either exe or zip

Ah, sussed it, I'd only downloaded the recent exe, the zip was much older, May 2004 :">

Cheers,

Steve C.

Welcome to the forums Steve!

I'm running a fully updated copy of AVG Free Edition and definitions and I'm not having any trouble. (That's the only advice that I can personally suggest.) However check out this thread because currently others also appear to be having problems.

Problem now fixed. See the other thread on this problem AVG problem.

Computers don't solve problems, they just rearrange them.New string TRIM() functions for AutoIt3
