How to change autoit tray icon, TraySetIcon not working?

I tried to set icon from this file: BatteryFlatIcon.res , but this doesnt work: TraySetIcon(@scriptdir & "\BatteryFlatIcon.res", 1). How to change autoit tray icon?

Have you tried converting it to .ico? There might be some problems with the file

There are 6 icons in file, i would prefer to use 1 file instead of 6. I just added icons to res file with Resource hacker, it shouldnt be corrupted.

I converted your file to a dll file using Resource Hacker and it works fine.

First extract all six icons within the RES file to six different (even different sized) PNG files; you may need to convert the extracted files to PNG. Then use something like GIMP to combine all six into one ICO file. I do this with nearly all the icons I use with AutoIt. Typically, there are five PNG files that are sizes 128x128, 64x64, 48x48, 32x32 and 16x16. Sometimes there is a sixth PNG file that is 256x256. I then layer all the PNG files from largest to smallest and create the ICO file.

When you compile the AU3 file use the #AutoIt3Wrapper_Icon to point to the ICO file created. Then Windows will use the appropriate sized icon for display.
