Is it possible to create forms like windows media centre?

if you want to know what i mean, turn on your windows media centre on windows 7 on full screen. It covers everything on the screen and its focus is unstealable. Its not just a simple set form size to desktop size and turn on always on top. if another program suddenly pops up, it will not disrupt the windows media centre and you will not find out until you alt tab.

oh btw i tried to print screen but only a big piece of black screen shows up when i paste it to my paint.

Any way to do create forms like this on autoit?
