Hello

Could you please explain me how you manage AutoIt versions because I'm a little lost ?

Downloads > AutoIt Team
AutoIt (Latest Stable Version) v3.3.14.2 (Updated: 2015-09-18)

Downloads > AutoIt Team > Beta
   AutoIt v3.3.15.0 Beta (Submitted: 2015-07-14)

Forum Announcements and Site News
   AutoIt v3.3.14.3 Released (2018-02-02)

v3.3.14.3 has been released in 2018 but it's v3.3.14.2 (2015) that is first available for download
v3.15.0 Beta has not changed since 2015
No v3.15.0 Final or v3.15.1 with bug fixes of v3.14.3
v3.14 continues to evolve but v3.15 does not

I chose v3.3.15.0 Beta because I wanted to use Maps, but this version seems dead. I wonder if I was not wrong to choose this version. I'm dealing with a weird problem with Maps but I'm afraid it will never be corrected and I wonder if it's worth it that I submit it.

Best regards

I would say that it is like standardly used in the development world:

  • The 3.3.14 branch is the current production branch for which an up update was released.
  • The 3.3.15 is the current Beta branch which contains new developments like MAPs and isn't done yet.

Answer to the next question is: When time permits. :)

A user reports a problem and this is your "helpful" reply?
I would like to see such comments limited to the chat forum.
Just my 2 cents worth!

A user reported a secondary problem ( weird maps issue as opposed to versioning) without showing the problem.  I would like to see that problem in code as with every other weird problem ever.
