c.haslam
Perhaps my eyes are getting old (yes, they are!), but I wish that the Pattern and Test string controls used a mono-spaced font. It would make differentiating between characters easier, e.g. , vs .) Is this a possibility? PCRETest is a great tool. Earthshine
learn C? what are you asking for? I cut my teeth on Assembler for Motorola 6809e (e was build in editor. loved the TRS-80 COCO), COCO Basic and then mostly C after I started working. I looked into PCRETest and see that it's written in C and runs on UNIX/Linux? Edited March 9, 2018 by Earthshine My resources are limited. Moderators Melba23 Posted March 9, 2018 Moderators Share Posted March 9, 2018 (edited) c.haslam, As you have the source code, why not modify the fonts for those 2 controls yourself? That is what I did in my own version - plus some other little tweaks..... M23 Edit: As you have posted in GH&S, I assume you speaking of the StringRegExpGUI that you can open via the relevant page in the Help file. c.haslam
I don't seem to have the source code for PCREtest, only the .exe file. As you suggest, I will switch to using StringRegExpGUI.
