FileInstall Problems

Recommended Posts

Sorry for being a complete newb.

Any Solutions?

Sorry... Let me be more clear.

When i try to fileinstall into a .exe program yeah?

The file just puts itself in the same Dir, not meaning

to be a silly sausage or anything but i need some help on this one

FileInstall ("moo.wma", " ")

Any Ideas?

Look... Anyone got an idea?

and this is a bump. No one has even viewed this post yet alone wanted to post.

Read about FileInstall in the help file and you will see that it requires a destination as well as source.

FileInstall ( "source", "dest" [, flag])

ive read about it. indeed i have, but if i put a thing there. lets call it

FileInstall("moo.wma", "TehMus3")

It creates a file called

TehMus3

I dont see a way around this, although i can delete it every time with

FileDelete("TehMus3")

It would still appear.

Hm?

Can anyone -hlep- me?

Try changing line to

FileInstall("moo.wma", "TehMus3\moo.wma")

and that will place the file moo.wma inside a folder called TehMus3

Edit

Forgot moo.wma
