Need help to run script on remote machine

Hi,

I have automation scripts which i am trying to run on VSTS agent which is running on remote desktop. if i login to remote desktop then i can see script running OK but if i do not login or remote desktop minimized then script  is losing focus and hang . 

is there any workaround for it pls?

@vick you have not provided enough information to help us help you. What are the scripts doing? Are they GUI scripts? What credentials are they running under? etc. etc. etc.

this is automation script of window application. so i trigger build from VSTS which will start and run script on VSTS agent which is running on remote machine. If i log in remote machine and keep open on monitor then it works fine. But if i not keep open then script looks like not finding some windows etc and script hangs. I can see in task manager it is running but doing nothing.
