Local $oMyError = ObjEvent("AutoIt.Error", "ErrFunc")

Local $obj = ObjCreate("lw.lwsoft3")

If Not IsObj($obj) Then
    ConsoleWrite('fail!' & @CRLF)
EndIf

Func ErrFunc()
    $sHexNumber = Hex($oMyError.number, 8)
    MsgBox(0, "", "We intercepted a COM Error !" & @CRLF & _
            "Number is: " & $sHexNumber & @CRLF & _
            "WinDescription is: " & $oMyError.windescription)
    $iEventError = 1 ; Use to check when a COM Error occurs
EndFunc   ;==>ErrFunc

There is no problem in testing in VBS

set lw = createobject("lw.lwsoft3")
ver = lw.Ver()
If len(ver) = 0 Then
    MessageBox "fail!"
    EndScript
else
    MsgBox ver
end If

Testing in other languages can also be done

why autoitx fail to create object

you are using

Func ErrFunc()
    ......
EndFunc

in a wrong way.
This should look like:

Func ErrFunc(ByRef $oError)
    $sHexNumber = Hex($oError.number, 8)
    MsgBox(0, "", "We intercepted a COM Error !" & @CRLF & _
            "Number is: " & $sHexNumber & @CRLF & _
            "WinDescription is: " & $$oError.windescription)
    $iEventError = 1 ; Use to check when a COM Error occurs
EndFunc   ;==>ErrFunc

You should focus on how $oError is passed to and you should use this passed variable instead global variable created by ObjEvent

Here is example how to use this:

Global $oMyError = ObjEvent("AutoIt.Error", "ErrFunc")

_Example()
Func _Example()

    Local $obj = ObjCreate("lw.lwsoft3")
    If @error Then
        ConsoleWrite('fail!' & @CRLF)
    EndIf

EndFunc   ;==>_Example

Func ErrFunc($oError)
    ConsoleWrite(@ScriptName & " (" & $oError.scriptline & ") : ==> COM Error intercepted !" & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.number is: " & @TAB & @TAB & "0x" & Hex($oError.number) & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.windescription:" & @TAB & $oError.windescription & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.description is: " & @TAB & $oError.description & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.source is: " & @TAB & @TAB & $oError.source & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.helpfile is: " & @TAB & $oError.helpfile & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.helpcontext is: " & @TAB & $oError.helpcontext & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.lastdllerror is: " & @TAB & $oError.lastdllerror & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.scriptline is: " & @TAB & $oError.scriptline & @CRLF & _
            @TAB & "err.retcode is: " & @TAB & "0x" & Hex($oError.retcode) & @CRLF & @CRLF)
EndFunc   ;==>ErrFunc

btw.
Back to us with console output.

You could try to use the CLSID instead of the CLASS.

@subtlelonging try also this:

Local $obj = ObjCreate("{F6C2EA3D-2A5A-4B63-AFDB-5E24BD1D39A0}")

It will be interesting if this will do the trick, as the HelpFile says:

classname The class of the object in the following format: "appname.objectype"
It can also be a string representation of the CLSID.

And I'm wondering if this won't be successfull , why ObjCreateInterface do the trick ?
What here was wrong ? I mean why this works in VBS but not in AutoIt ?

btw.
You still not answer what you get in COM Error Handler when you use:

Local $obj = ObjCreate("lwcom")

You cannot rely on the data store, ...., or even your programming language to notify you of problems. You must check every byte entered by your users, making sure that data is the correct type for its field and that required fields are not empty."

I'm think the issue is that the internal call to CoCreateInstance  of objCreate pass an identifier to IDispatch interface. So CoCreateInstance inside ObjCreateInterface pass the  identifier to IUnknown interface.
