Psychobird25
Here's my code so far. It gets the coordinates of my mouse and stores them in $MousePos Func getCords() Opt("MouseCoordMode", 2) WinActivate("Notepad") sleep(3000) $MousePos = MouseGetPos() $MousePos[0] ; Mouse X position $MousePos[1] ; Mouse Y position $getCoords = "MouseClick(""Left"", $MousePos[0], $MousePos[1])" $setGuiData = GUICtrlSetData($liveScript, $getCoords) EndFunc If I were to run this I'd like the output inside of my GUI to look like this: (coordinates are made up) MouseClick("Left", 300, 200) However, the output in my GUI ends up looking like this: MouseClick("Left", $MousePos[0], $MousePos[1]) Is there any way to fix this? Everything I keep doing keeps crashing my program. Also, if it's possible, I'd like to add a new line after the I input the code (using @CRLF just crashed the program) Thanks! BrewManNH
Try something along the lines of this: Func getCords() Opt("MouseCoordMode", 2) WinActivate("Notepad") Sleep(3000) $MousePos = MouseGetPos() $getCoords = "MouseClick(""Left"", " & $MousePos[0] & ", " & $MousePos[1] & ")" $setGuiData = ConsoleWrite($getCoords & @CRLF) EndFunc ;==>getCords If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
