TomK
First, I an a total newbie. Just found autoit this morning about a hour ago. I need a script to find the curent date and day, then open a excell file with a name based on the next Friday. I looked thru the functions but could not find any date related functons. Moderators SmOke_N Posted January 1, 2006 Moderators Share Posted January 1, 2006 There is an include in your Program Files >> AutoIt3 >> Includes (Assuming you did the regular install and not the zip) called Date.au3 that you might want to take a look at. It has plenty of functions dealing with dates. Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
