Hi,

What should work @ converting the symbol's Unicode point

included in windows 10:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/design/style/segoe-ui-symbol-font

Some Random Bad example : really Need to jump out  sorry ..

$hBtn = GUICtrlCreateButton(ChrW(BinaryToString("0xE70E", $SB_UTF16LE) ), 260, 37, 39, 21)
GUICtrlSetFont(-1, 13, 600, -1, "SegMDL2")

I run Win7 which doesn't seem to support this font (even if it installs fine).

Try this on your Win10:

$hBtn = GUICtrlCreateButton(ChrW(0xE70E), 260, 37, 39, 21)
GUICtrlSetFont(-1, 13, 600, -1, "SegMDL2")

 

This wonderful site allows debugging and testing regular expressions (many flavors available). An absolute must have in your bookmarks.
Another excellent RegExp tutorial. Don't forget downloading your copy of up-to-date pcretest.exe and pcregrep.exe here
RegExp tutorial: enough to get started
PCRE v8.33 regexp documentation latest available release and currently implemented in AutoIt beta.

SQLitespeed is another feature-rich premier SQLite manager (includes import/export). Well worth a try.
SQLite Expert (freeware Personal Edition or payware Pro version) is a very useful SQLite database manager.
An excellent eBook covering almost every aspect of SQLite3: a must-read for anyone doing serious work.
SQL tutorial (covers "generic" SQL, but most of it applies to SQLite as well)
A work-in-progress SQLite3 tutorial. Don't miss other LxyzTHW pages!
SQLite official website with full documentation (may be newer than the SQLite library that comes standard with AutoIt)

Yesss! It works here as well when using the full name. Not always trivial to decide which name to use for a given font.

how did you manage to install Segoe MDL2 Assets font on Windows 7 ?

I followed your Msft link, hit "how to get the font" then installed MDL2 as usual from the zip file offered.

Thanks it worked, that was the Mac procedure tho ! :lol:  It wasn't MY link btw.
