levila
is there any codding can i use to save existing excel file downloaded from internal website. (without using mouseclick or keyboard action) try to use _ExcelBookSaveas but seem no logic as i cant find the actual string name and file, because the downloaded file name is unique base on current date and time any ideas guys? FrancescoDiMuro
@levila _Excel_BookSaveAs() use a Workbook object, which is needed to use the function. If you are trying to download a file from IE, then look at _IE_* functions. levila
Sorry if my post was not clear, i already get to download xls format file from IE and open it (without saving it), now just need to save the current workbook that i just open. Or if i point IE to save xls file to dir, how can i open the downloaded file (have unique name base on date n time) by using _Excel_Open and save as different format. FrancescoDiMuro
@levila You just need to open it with _Excel_BookOpen() and then use _Excel_BookSaveAs() to save the file in the format you want Click here to see my signature: Spoiler ALWAYS GOOD TO READ: Forum Rules Forum Etiquette
