KamKam,

Please answer my questions in this thread before opening any new ones. No more help until I find out what it is you are doing.

KamKam,

If this question is NOT related to the same project as the one I have just locked then please PM me so that I can unlock it. Otherwise the comments I made in that thread apply.

Are you sure your parameters are right? Is the class of a Notepad++ window Notepad++ for instance?

Try this:

WinActivate("[CLASS:Notepad++]")
Send("^a^c{LEFT}")
$sTxt = ClipGet()

Thanks for the way :)

I know what it shows.  Please read my post CAREFULLY.  I told you how to do it....

Not works...

MsgBox(0, "TEST", "Load the source text into the notepad")

$sTxt = WinActivate("[CLASS:Notepad++]")

$iNumber = 0

MsgBox(64, "Source text", $sTxt)
Do
   $iNR += 1
   $sTxt = StringReplace($sTxt, "TEST", "Welcome" & $iNumber, 1)
Until @extended=0

ControlSetText("[ACTIVE]", "", "", $sTxt)

$sTxt = WinGetText("[ACTIVE]", "TEST")
