Send a key to a game - (Locked)

How do I send a key stroke to a game (Shroud of the Avatar) window? 

I used this code I found in the forums;

HotKeySet("1", "Main")

    while 1
        If _IsPressed(ASC 060) Then ; If 1 key is pressed
