In the Windows File Explorer, if you hold the SHIFT key down and RIGHT+CLICK a file, you should see an option to "Copy as path". This copies the complete path of the file to the clipboard (wrapped in double quotes) so that it can be pasted elsewhere. That's a foolproof way to make sure that the path is correct.
