Listview + $LVS_EX_GRIDLINES with no border (Solved)

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I am unable to remove the border when using the extended style "$LVS_EX_GRIDLINES".
The issue only appears when running code, it is not shown within Koda.

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#include <ListViewConstants.au3>
#include <WindowsConstants.au3>
#Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form=
$Form1 = GUICreate("Form1", 215, 206, 344, 147)
$ListView1 = GUICtrlCreateListView("test|test2", 16, 24, 162, 126, BitOR($LVS_REPORT,$LVS_SINGLESEL), BitOR($LVS_EX_GRIDLINES,$LVS_EX_FULLROWSELECT))
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)
#EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ###

While 1
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit

    EndSwitch
WEnd

I did not understand very well, would it be something like that?

#include <GuiListView.au3>
#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#include <ListViewConstants.au3>
#include <WindowsConstants.au3>
#Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form=
$Form1 = GUICreate("Form1", 215, 206, 344, 147)
$ListView1 = GUICtrlCreateListView("test|test2", 16, 24, 162, 126, BitOR($LVS_NOCOLUMNHEADER, $LVS_SHOWSELALWAYS, $LVS_SINGLESEL))
_GUICtrlListView_SetExtendedListViewStyle($ListView1, $LVS_EX_GRIDLINES)
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)
#EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ###

While 1
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit

    EndSwitch
WEnd

IanN1990,

You should always use _GUICtrlListView_SetExtendedListViewStyle to set extended ListView styles. Why? Because some of the values are the same as for $WS_EX_* styles and if you add them in the creation command Windows always applies the $WS_EX styles rather than the $LVS_EX ones.

This style is what I need, thanks

But I got 2 situation when I use $LVS_EX_FULLROWSELECT same time

Grid line will disappear or Listview still can select single

_arraydisplay style is what I want, does any solution for the this grid line style ?

btw, raise / sunken edge is really ugly ...
