Copy the message text when selecting the digital certificate

I am having difficulty on two points:

1 - When entering the website where access is through the digital certificate (model A1) through the Chrome browser, Chrome itself opens a dialog box to choose the certificate. I need to copy this information in the image below highlighted in red

2 - I wanted to know how I do in that same box, to be able to select which certificate I need to enter. Like if in that box you had more than one digital certificate installed on Chrome.
