Try to send it raw :

Send('FILECMD.CMD "Sample+.exe"{enter}', 1)

As + means shift.  Or embed + with {+}

Also this example:

Send('FILECMD.CMD "Sample{+}.exe"{enter}') 

Maybe Sample exe has a lot of Pluses

Sample++++++++++.exe

Yes, you are right my bad. And I do not see your png.  Better to embed the plus...

When sending "raw" data, the string is sent as-is, without translating any of the special characters (+!^) or keys ({key}).  So an alternate solution would be to break up the string into what you want to send as-is (raw) and the sending of keys like {ENTER}.
