if you want to pass values to an already running autoit script, maybe try

(actually found several AutoIt HTTP servers  with a quick google search),

but if you want to invoke an AutoIt script on demand, ... i'd use nginx+php myself, using php to invoke AutoIt (perhaps with

 )

in both cases passing values via XMLHttpRequest()'s, like with ViolentMonkey ( https://violentmonkey.github.io/ )

// ==UserScript==
// @name        callback test
// @namespace   Violentmonkey Scripts
// @match       *://example.org*
// @grant       GM.xmlHttpRequest
// @version     0.1
// @author      -
// @description 2020-17-05, 11:13:20 PM
// ==/UserScript==
(function(){
  unsafeWindow.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded",function(){
    let xhr=new XMLHttpRequest();
    xhr.open("POST","http://127.0.0.1/callback.php");
    let fd=new FormData();
    fd.append("url",window.location.href.toString());
    fd.append("html",unsafeWindow.document.body.outerHTML);
    xhr.addEventListener("load",function(){
      //
      const response=xhr.responseText;
      console.log("<callback_response>\n"+response+"\n</callback_response>");
    });
    xhr.send(fd);
  })
})();

- and in there i actually use eval(response);  to control the browser from my endpoint.. ^^
