How to get a list of words showing when you type the first letter of it ?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I'm looking for something specific which is hard to explain but easy to understand from a picture :

image.png.745138ee3e9d3c720bb9956d995765fd.png

I want to know if it is possible to get a list of word (strings) from typing the begining of the word/sentence, just as showed in this picture.

A quick script to show me an exemple would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys, have a good one

This seems to answer my question but i couldn't get it to work because i have no idea how to create a SQL base.

In the thread you linked the guy provide a complete script but he's asking us to replace some part of the code with SQL query and i don't know what that is.

My programming knowledge is limited.

I wish i could find sort of a simple exmple to grasp how it works

astalol,

The post of mine to which i linked you gives a completely self-contained example - no SQL involved at all. Here is the script extracted from the thread:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#include <Array.au3>
#Include <GuiListBox.au3>
