Func FileCopyNonBlocking($sSource,$sDest,$iOverWrite = 0)
    $sRunCommand = @AutoItExe & ' /AutoIt3ExecuteLine "FileCopy(""' & $sSource & '"",""' & $sDest & '"",' & $iOverWrite & ')' & '"'
    ConsoleWrite(@CRLF & $sRunCommand & @CRLF)
    $iPid = Run($sRunCommand)
    Return $iPid
EndFunc

This function works perfectly in the editor but not in a compiled script. Any ideas why or how I can work around it?

the executable must have been compiled with the #pragma compile(AutoItExecuteAllowed, True) directive as the default setting does not permit use of the /AutoItExecuteScript or /AutoItExecuteLine parameters.

Does it work when you do that?
