IE.au3 Error "==> The requested action with this object has failed." - (Moved)

Hey, Im developing a Script to read data from a Excel File, and atempt to login using this data
The Firts Loop runs perfectly, but it crashes right after finishing the firts For Loop

The Error code that i get is This

PS: I just started programing with AutoIT, so I`m really new to all this, feel free to give me some tips to improve my code ;) Thnks
