A little issue with pixel search in c# - (Locked)

Hello there, thanks for reading this post, I'm writing an auto-hunt bot for a MMO and this is my first project ever so please bare with me.

Now here's my problem: 

I have a certain color that I'm looking for, I set it up in my main loop so that when that color is detected I run a method which will pick up the item with said color.

I wrote a method to check if the color is present on the screen, like this : 

private bool is_met_visible()
        {
            Object met = au3.PixelSearch(0, 0, 1920, 1080, met_1, 1, 2);
            if (met.ToString() != "1")
            {
               
                return true;
            }
            else
            {
                return false;
            }

        }

In my main loop I run the method every time to check if it triggers the color. 

if(is_met_visible() == true)
                {
                    pickup_met();
                }

pickup_met(); is the method that will pick up the item with the color I'm looking for.

Somehow the is_met_visible method always ends up being true, even if the color is not present on the screen at all.

This slows my program quite a bit since I have to put Sleep(300-350)  in the pickup_met(); loop due to some game mechanics.

 

Since it always found that color when I was 100% sure it wasn't on the screen, I tested it like this: 

Object met = au3.PixelSearch(0, 0, 1920, 1080, met_1, 1,2);
            if (meteor.ToString() != "1")
            {
                try
                {

                    object[] metCoord = (object[])met;
                    au3.MouseMove((int) metCoord[0], (int)metCoord[1]);
                  }
             }

 

And it always broke the program and gave an error, saying something about the metCoord array being empty.

Basically it always finds the color on the screen even if it's not present, but cannot find the x and y coordinates of the color, really weird.

Updated this post, I was gluing some code together just to showcase an example since I had already deleted the code.
