T0th Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 Hello! I'm pretty new to autoIT and programming... "Hello world " I've tried to write small simple scripts which include some textboxes and inputboxes. Nothing big after all. But i need some advice, how to make my script run every time windows starts. Making a textbox run every time windows starts that says:" Welcome <my name>, The date is <date>" for instance. Thanks! -T0th Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SlimJim Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 You could put the script into your startup folder in the start menu Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BigDod Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 Here is an example script to put in startup folder after it has been compiled. SplashTextOn("Welcome Message", "Welcome " & @UserName & @CRLF & "Today is " & @MDAY & "/" & @MON & "/" & @YEAR, -1, -1, -1, -1, 4, "", 24) Sleep(3000) SplashOff() Be careful of the wrapped command line.
