Isn't that what SAFE mode is all about, not to run stuff defined in the registry to avoid loading anything extra than basics?

mmm..  now why do you you ask that last question?  Was my initial post that unclear to you? If so, maybe you shouldn't be messing with these things at all as it feels you like to do something drastic to a computer without having the knowledge.....  and please don't PM me as I don't do background support. ;)

...So are you sure you need to run this in safe-mode?  Run-once run before anything else as far as I can remember, so what is the issue with that?

(Maybe you should share what you wrote in the PM about the details of your request to get proper support here.)
