@funkey, this https://www.autoitscript.com/forum/topic/125197-funskin-udf/ is the type of thing I'd love to have running flawlessly in Win10 as did in XP.
Can it be done ?, and by if it can be done I mean if you can make it happen ?.
Thanks and, no hurry, is just a wish :)

Hi,

I'm sorry to say, that I will not work on it. I think a complete rewrite of the code would be needed and as far as I remember AutoIt was simply to slow for this kind of things.

I will not spend time on. This was a fun project, but I saw the limits and stopped.

Sorry. But anyone else can try to make it great again 😉

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to
build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe
trying to produce bigger and better idiots.
So far, the Universe is winning.

To run the original script you must delete or rename this func:

Func _WinAPI_LoadIcon($sFile, $iIconID = 0)

imfg (auto)Bert

, I wanted to modify the caption bar and this UDF was a good option. And yours worked, so thank you. :)
