perform action if variable doesn't change in time.

Hi. I'm thinking it is possible to perform action if variable doesn't change in time?

If in 5 min my variable is  constant can this induce any action?

I tried to induce action which I need in 5min period using @MIN . Unfortunately this slowed my script by these 5min. But recently meditate that option where variable doesn't change will be better.

 

I would like to perform action via script if in loop variable will be stop increasing
