When I open the Taskmanager I can check the CPU Utilization. Can someone explain me how it is calculated? I am more intersted in the mathematical approach of this problem. Is there any algorithm that is used to calculate that? What are the constants/variables that must be used? I need to find a way to calculate the CPU Utilization in % for my current project. Thanks!
