Can send e-mail, but not with attachment

Okay, here's the brunt of the script I'm using. I've spent hours looking this over and can't seem to find the problem. I actually copied this script from some other post that is years old.  I suspect if/when someone points it out, I'm going to have a Homer Simpson moment. In fact, I'm sure of it. When I run it with no attached file it works perfectly and sends the e-mail. But when I add an attached file, I get an unknown function name. Now I know practically nothing about setting up a function. But it looks to me like the _PathFull function hasn't been defined. I've tried Func _PathFull ($AttachFiles) but that seems to give me more errors.  What have I screwed up here please?
