Writing in a window that does not recognize windows 10

Hola a todos,
tengo una duda y no se como resolverla.

Estoy intentando escribir en una ubicación que 
AutoIt no reconoce en Windows 10.

sin embargo, mi script funciona bien en Windows 7.

Quisiera saber si existe otra forma de escribir en una ventana de CMD, que se abre desde windows como resultado de un proceso.
