Hello! 

Where can I report a crash in the debugger? I tried to use the "email report" button on the crash window but it could not send an email

Here is the issue: I opened the debugger, and opened the script to debug, but when I hist the "run" button I got a unhlandled windows exception 

This is the Error report: 

Once i click "close application", I get the same window but now with mscorlib in the title.

 

The program was working fine 2 weeks ago when I ran last, and I've made no changes to my machine. As a precaution first I tried an update and then a  clean new install, both with no results. 

 

Any idea what could be going on?

This Debugger is very good and efficient but the project was abandoned for many years by the creator of it.
I've tried, countless times unsuccessfully, to contact the creator but I think the solution to your problem would be to delete the installation folder from it and reinstall it

It is not an adequate answer but I think it is very good and I can not develop anything without it.

 

I always install the first version and then the Update ok

I tried running this AutoIt Graphical Debugger in Windows 10.

I get the program to open.

When I try to "Step Into" it comes up with this error:

I realize Stumpii, hasn't chimed in on this in years.  Maybe someone else has an idea.

I know this thread is moribund, but I don't know where else to post this. I'm having a major problem with the graphical debugger, and my WAG is that it relates to running under 64-bit Windows 10 1903, which I just began using.

Here's the problem: No matter what script I try to debug, even just stepping into the first line causes an error window to pop up saying (to generalize):

Line 1507  (File "C:\MyScripts\AutoIt Scripts\!ISN My Folder\My Projects\MyThing\Debug\MyThing.Debug Script.au3"):

#Include "C:\MyScripts\AutoIt Scripts\!ISN My Folder\My Projects\MyThing\Debug\MyThingGUI.Debug Script.au3"

Error: Error opening the file

I'm using ISN AutoIt Studio and the "MyThingGUI" is related to the form file MyThingGUI.isf

I tried re-installing the graphical debugger, deleting it's folder in APPDATA, and deleting the Debug folder, but nothing helps. I did not see anything like this under Windows 7.

I'm just hoping that someone here might have any suggestions. Say, for example, how to reset everything related to the debugger. You see, I simply copied my entire Autoit script and ISN Studio folders without change from Win 7 to the current OS. Except, of course, that I installed AutoIt and SciTE from scratch.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

Problem solved. It had to do with the fact that I moved to a new OS and re-installed everything, which set all kinds of options back to their defaults. The problematic option was in the graphical debugger's...

File -> AutoIt Debugger Options -> Debug user-supplied local "Include" files

Which must be disabled to eliminate several problems, including that described in the previous post.

Perhaps this will help others who encounter such issues.
