Outlook PST Question

So is this an Exchange server your Outlook is connected to then? How is the email getting into the PST? If POP3 is disabled on the server, then most likely so is IMAP. I guess you'll have to do it this way.

That is correct. We have Exchange. They get into a PST via Rule Wizard. They are moved there because of the size. So yes, IMAP is my only option. You know of any links that might help?

Thanks,

IMAP is my only option.

No, IMAP may not be an option at all. Check the server to see if it's using IMAP. Outlook doesn't use IMAP to communicate with Exchange if I remember correctly.

Your only option is interacting with the PST file if you don't have the access or ability to change the server. That's fine, though. I think I wouldn't mind settling on this solution if I were you... now that you have some ideas from the comments above.
