includes file read error in Beta v3.1.1.111

Recommended Posts

I just loaded the new beta (111) and the latest SciTe (OK to 105) and now when I do 'Beta Run' it will not read the IE.au3 includes file. I have moved the file, renamed, started a new file and pasted the content --- no good. Can anyone help or advise what to try next.

quick thought.. IE.au3 needs to be in:

AutoitDir\beta\include\ie.au3

autoitdir\includes\ie.au3

AutoIt Console written in C#. Write au3 code right at the console :D_FileWriteToLineWrite to a specific line in a file.My UDF Libraries: MySQL UDF Library version 1.6 MySQL Database UDF's for AutoItI have stopped updating the MySQL thread above, all future updates will be on my SVN. If it's not in your regular or beta #include file, the script has to have a way to find it:

#include "Drive:\PathToFile\IE.au3"

Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.

small correction ----> autoitdir\include\ie.au3 <------- include without s

If you want to add a personnal UDF include file you need to respect the searching rule of the include.

I am curious to know what was the situation working before beta .111 as the search algorithm has changed in .111

Thanks for beta testing feedback :o
