Heres the errors I get when I try to run this:

u can't use the name "exit" for ur own custom functions..

Heres my ini called "messages"

n= Message 14
o= Message 15
p= Message 16

w= Message 23
x= Message 24
y= Message 25
z= Message 26

And its supposed to say any of those random.

and heres the _Randletter

But instead it picks one of those and uses it all the time instead of switching to a new one.

This is only called once... so it will not change at all, $sm = whatever the ini line is throughout the script..

Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.

Use this

Just replace your _Randletter function with that.
