HotKeySet("^g","lookup")
HotKeySet("{ESC}","ImDoneHere")
While 1
Sleep(10000)
WEnd
Func LookUp()
$lookup = clipget()
Run(@comspec & " /c start http://www.myweb.com/" & $lookup & ".php", "", @SW_HIDE)
EndFunc

Func ImDoneHere()

EndFunc

I think that'd be the easiest way to do it. You don't have to rely on IE, it'll start it in the default browser. .Just copy a word like "this" and press ctrl+g to go to http://www.myweb.com/this.php.
