Show Unplug/eject Hardware Box Through Key Strokes

Anyone know of a way to display the unplug/eject hardware box in windows using key strokes?

Currently I'm trying to do it by moving the mouse to the icon in the system tray, then right clicking, moving it again, then left clicking.

It works sometimes - but I'd like to do it using keystrokes if at all possible so it works all the time.
