Add A New (transpanency) Context Menu Or Right Click Item?

I would like to be able to make any window transparent by right clicking in that window.

Its easy to do the transparency, but is it possible to add a new menu item to an existing window?

What I`d really like to do is add extra buttons to the title bar (on existing windows) for On - top and transparency.

Thanks, I know how to do the transparency and ontop functions.

What I want to know, is it possible to add extra buttons to the title bar of an existing window, like when you click on my computer or open a folder.

Failing that, is it possible to add extra items to the right- click menu of that window.

Edit - Actually, maybe I could add my own menu at the mouse position on right click, I will work on this, if no-one comes up with a titlebar option.

When you click in the blank space between icons, its gives the view options etc..
