_ieloadwait

Recommended Posts

Can i put a timeout on _IELoadWait, or install one or is there anyway to make it timeout?

For example, 1 thing sometimes loads so freaking long on page, more then 2 minutes sometimes.

Thanks :(

New version to be released shortly includes this.

Free Internet Tools: DebugBar, AutoIt IE Builder, HTTP UDF, MODIV2, IE Developer Toolbar, IEDocMon, Fiddler, HTML Validator, WGet, curl

MSDN docs: InternetExplorer Object, Document Object, Overviews and Tutorials, DHTML Objects, DHTML Events, WinHttpRequest, XmlHttpRequest, Cross-Frame Scripting, Office object model

Automate input type=file (Related)

Alternative to _IECreateEmbedded? better: _IECreatePseudoEmbedded  Better Better?

IE.au3 issues with Vista - Workarounds

SciTe Debug mode - it's magic: #AutoIt3Wrapper_run_debug_mode=Y

Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble

oh great  when it will be released, this week, this month?

are you using the latest loadwait??

Func _IELoadWait($o_object, $i_delay = 0)
    If IsObj($o_object) Then
        Sleep($i_delay)
        If ObjName($o_object) = "IWebBrowser2" Then
            While _IEGetProperty($o_object, "busy") or _
                ((_IEGetProperty($o_object, "readyState") <> "complete") and _
                 (_IEGetProperty($o_object, "readyState") <> 4))
                Sleep(100)
            WEnd
        EndIf
        While ($o_object.document.readyState <> "complete") and _
            ($o_object.document.readyState <> 4)
            Sleep(100)
        WEnd
        SetError(0)
        Return 1
    Else
        SetError(1)
        Return 0
    EndIf
EndFunc;==>_IELoadWait

Right now it is simply a matter of packaging and change-log. I am shooting for tomorrow.
