Can't overwrite existing files

I am trying to use a simple one line script to copy files from a network drive to another PC.

The copy works fine unless the file exists already.

If it does it doesnt work.

I used the "1" flag after the destination file but no luck.

Any ideas

FileCopy("\\eq1mis\install\Fortracs 3.2 Patches\*.*", "C:\Program Files\Fair Isaac\Fortracs 3.2.0" ,1)

Is the file on the host machine in use if it exists? That may be one reason why it wont copy.

I don' think its in use

Its a bunch of files, if I empty the directory, the copy works fine but it wont overwrite if it exists.

It fails after the first copy
