I made sure C:\test existed and was deleted.

I made sure C:\test1 did not exist and was created.

The files in C:\program files\oda\passport do not move to C:\test1 even with a ,1 in the string.

lost me.... :D

You could try the Filecopy and then delete but don't know why the dirmove wouldn't work...

file copy works and copies the contents of the directory, however dirmove or dirRemove does not. On a hunch I tried to delete the directory in question and I got access denied. This is one command that I will have to run with administrative privileges. I think there is a way in DOS to accomplish this.
